How could you track your item with just the ordering number because the tracking number doesn't work

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php has the accurate china post tracking data. If it says your parcel has not been received parcel, it means your seller did not ship the goods. many seller gave invalid tracking number to aliexpress or paypal and make the orders looks like shipped, but actually they are not shipped.

hello, my tracking status is saying unsuccessful delivery, please what do i do? although its already in my country but i do know where it is. via china post mail

your country's post office is responsible for delivery for china post parcel. you should contact them and pickup your parcel asap.

Bought 2 items from the same seller on aliexpress. Tracking info for 2 parcels showing that the parcels were delivered. But I have never received them!

contact UK royal mail. they should know who signed the parcel.

RB178303506CN should be lost or rejected by airline.

Can i file claim of my lost parcel by china post, it reached beijing and in transit from beijing to shanghai, china post lost it. what should i do. it left brijing on May21,2014.

only shipper who has the shipping receipt can file a claim against china post. if you are not shipper, you can only open dispute against shipper through paypal.
