Hello please help me,Dear Sirs,I 'll get back to you,because I have seen , according Tracking,that my package
could not be delivered.The package shouldt go to Olina Lung she had a Onlineshop on Aliexpress
and the package must return to her.She gave me this adress which was written on the package.
I hope that my Information could help you to find Olina Lung.When you have another Question please contact me.

RM401411374DE failed delivery. ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel.

I have received mail,automatic mail from ali express,that they will refund money to me,because there was problem with illegal seller,and ali express closed my order.I need infromation : paypal doesent work in my coutry,but i have payd with master card,can they refund money to my card?I haved situation where seller ask my do i have paypal,and thats only way to refund to me.Thats meen for ali express to?

Hi please help. I purchased a number of phones from someone in China 10 days ago via direct payment into his bank account. He initially gave me tracking number 2837294348 for DHL, however I have searched DHL's website as well as telephoning them on numerous occasions and that tracking number does not exist. When I I informed the seller, he said that my items were stuck at china customs, and would be destroyed if customs fees were not paid. I'm really reluctant to pay any further funds as the seller initially informed me that he would cover the costs of customs fees. He refuses to allow payment via paypal.

Any help on this matter would really be appreciated.

Hi chinapostvolunteer! I made an order on ebay, this is the tracking number RG092413779CN. The status is stuck in ''Export customs scans'' for a long time, 3 weeks. I don't see the Sent to airline status. Can you check it please? The items are christmas gifts for my beloved ones :( Is there any chance for me to receive the purchased goods even with delay? Kindly thank you for your help!

now is rush season, ECS status changing is slow. you should get it by New Year holiday.

i bought in ebay 20 days ago something and seller given me a tracking nr CP301403083CN and was ok after i see only in transit for 14 days how is possible that can stay for 14 days in tranzit? can someone help me what to do or where is my track please because i dont know what to do or to wait for how days?
