Are you talking about CY583832793DE or CT856854832CN?

CT856854832CN is in Hong Kong Post. Receiver need to contact Hong Kong Post to pickup the item.

Sorry I meant CT856854832CN. I did contact Hong Kong Post and they said:

"You may wish to know that the item you enquired is not a postal item handled by Hongkong Post. Please kindly identify which company responsible for the delivery and send them an email for a direct enquiry."

Im assuming they mean China Post
