Since 4/13/2024 3:35 PM the item is into sorting centre. When will the delivery be?

CY283762476DE is in Ningbo waiting for customs clearance. Please ask receiver call 0574-87898537, 0574-83883818 and make customs declaration asap.

I've tried to call both numbers you gave me. But nobody is available. Can you just give me an international number which I can call or tell me a time slot for call? I'm from germany and it's difficult to deal with. By the way it should be an english speaking receiver.

as mentioned in our last post, you need to ask the Receiver to call that phone number. China Post does not have English speaking stuff in the local post office. Is it possible that the receiver doesn't want to accept the parcel? Normally a receiver will take action immediately after they get the customs clearance request.
