Hi, my parcel hasn't moved now for over a week according to the tracking information. My parcel reference which was sent from the UK is RY284628209GB.

Could anybody help with how to get my parcel moving and delivered please?

RY284628209GB arrived in China customs on April 24. Receiver must make customs clearance before delivery. Did you write receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel. If yes, China Post should have sent him a text message with customs code. He can use the code to do customs clearance online through APP.

If not, then receiver call 11185 for help.
