Hello

My tracking number is: RC628395830CN. I am waiting for my item since April 2014 and I didn't receive it yet. It has the status "In Customs-Control warehouse" since 17th April. What does it mean? And when I will receive my order? Can you please check? Thank you in advance.

The trace informs unsuccessful delivery.Is it possible to know the adress where is the parcel in deposit? At post office they said the parcel was not there.

Many post office clerks does not understand where is Shenzhen Bay Garden. So you'd better write address in Chinese. now you should ask the recipient to 11185 and pickup the parcel. if 11185 can not help you, the parcel will be returned to Portugal.

Parcel #RC729254408CN was sent to me 2014 04 05 and is still somewhere in China:

Tracking list shows that the parcel was opened at Location 15006012 – China post office and was not delivered to Russia! I need a support to communicate with China post to find out why my parcel is still at Location 15006012 and not Departured. Is there any official request to China post from Shipper or Buyer and how to solve a problem?
