shipper did not tell you the truth. the parcel was shipped on Feb 20 not two months ago. It was sent to airline on Feb 25. Normally it will take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive Europe after "sent to airline" date.

The destination address was:

Because it keeps telling me that the seller has not arrived? I checked the track number and it arrived January 21 2014.I want the money back but the seller keeps telling me that the package has not arrived.
What should I do?

i believe the address has some problem and can not be delivered. you'd better report this to aliexpress and claim refund from aliexpress directly.

Hello, i really need some help, my parcel EE995127145CN never got delivered, through mistakes of Australia post Narellan, NSW it states on the tracking that it has been received. I since have a letter stating that is not correct. The parcel was never received.

I have contacted Aliexpress who agree a refund should be paid and the supplier from Ali Express has to do a claim, the supplier is refusing to do so (not sure why as their payment has been frozen). Can i claim myself?

I can provide letters and correspondense from Australia post to state the parcel was not received, and confirming that it was an error when processing another parcel.

The order was $551USD that i would like to claim, Aliexpress has frozen the suppliers payment as they agree a refund should be made.

Please help!

Hi,
i sent 2 parcels to Mauritius. I have my receipt. I went to china post myself and post these items.. So no alibay taobao or ebay. But already 3 months my parcel did not arrived Mauritus.

I phoned china post and they asked me what were in the parce and everything and they will see if they have it. Maybe the Address on the parcel have been lost and all these lost no clain stuff. So can i get a refund. Please reply on my email [email protected]
