http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel was delivered by USPS office in MIAMI, FL 33166. Check your mailbox and front door, if you can not find the parcel, you need contact your local USPS office and inquiry delivery detail.

I sent a parcel from beijing china on 13 november 2016 but i have not received it yet. how to apply for refund. i gave them money by hand when i was in beijing

your parcel CP324996725CN should be still on the way to Pakistan, it is surface parcel which might take up to 6 months to arrive. Claim refund is very difficult if you are not in China.

U may need to bring the original shipping receipt and furnish details of the recipient name, address and date of shipment to china post office.
