1)China Post will not remove tracking number from system.

2)China Post will not give buyer confirmation about parcel lost or returned.

3)China Post can not help you to get money back.

Sir: if this is the case (as mentioned by you above). Then the merchant can take advantage easily!
Than open a dispute with them with (aliexpress) them seems to be the only solution.

yes. open dispute to aliexpress is the only solution. i hope your buyer protection deadline has not passed.

i bought an android tv box from ibestec electronics ltd through aliexpress and after a month it went faulty, i contacted the seller and she told me to post it back to them and she gave me the address where to post.

i did that and the registered no. is RR530391272MT.
according to the tracking system it's showing that on 24th october there was unsuccessful delivery.
she told me that the post office man told her that they don't have the parcel.
for how long the parcel stays at the shenzen post office?
and if they don't collect it, what happens with the parcel?
please reply. thank you

you need ask seller call 11185 and pickup the parcel from china post asap.

My parcel is in Shenzhen since 12th november 2014.

Its Tracking Number is RI205925710CN .

Please inform me about it situation.

When it will be delivered to Turkey?

RI205925710CN seems to be returned to Shenzhen. You may not get the goods.
