Hello, the tracker says that yesterday the order has been delivered but no one came to my house and I stayed home for the whole day.
Also there are an unsuccessful delivery at 1:50 PM, the final delivery at 4:10 PM and ANOTHER unsuccessful delivery at 6:39 PM.
I repeat, I was in my house for the whole day and no one ringed at the door nor left anything in the mailbox.
How can I reedem my item?

ItalyPost website shows the parcel was rejected by receiver and returned to China. We believe the shipper printed wrong address.

Please open dispute to paypal or call your bank to claim refund.
