2. If after 10 days that you receive the tracking number (not when your place the order), you still can not track your parcel, Then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

1. If you are from USA, there a backlogs in parcel to USA. Parcel to USA can take from 15 to 35 days and sometimes more.
