1. According to the tracking I have done, your parcel is going to JFK. I suspect JFK has some backlog in getting parcels out from there.

2. Your parcel did depart from China to USA and indicating On Route. If by 25 Nov you don't see any movement on the USPS site, then you should consider to open a dispute.

3. You could in the meantime contact seller and tell him you have not receive the parcel. He might be able to call China Post EMS to find out more news about your parcel.

Hope this help.

Thanks, int077!
I have opened a dispute already. The order was paid 40 days ago and "On-time delivery" period (27 days) is out.

1. If the parcel was ship more then 10 days ago, then you should contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

2. This is what I get when I track your parcel:
Item is not found at this moment

3. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number.

Hope this help.

Like many who have replied to this post, just curious to know why the LT tracking number shows up as invalid. I ordered from amazon received a date for delivery and received a notification that China Post had received the package. My tracking ID is LT289931685CN. Any help will greatly be appreciated.

1. Lets answer your question one by one:
quote: the LT tracking number shows up as invalid Unquote

That because it's not into the China Post tracking system yet.

2. Quote received a notification that China Post had received the package Unquote

Your seller possibly gave the parcel to the courier company. But the parcel is still not register into the China Post system. You notice I have underline possibly, that is not always the case. That why we say that it can take 10 days for a parcel to be register into the China Post system.

3. The official tracking site for E packet in China is here:
http://www.ems.com.cn/ems/order/singleQuery_e

4. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number, this is what I get:
Item is not found at this moment.

Hope this help.

It does. Thank you. One more question? Is it plausible to obtain a valid tracking ID without shipping a product. Is there an item list that shows what that tracking ID is attached to. Seeing as I made this purchase October 15, it's very well possible as you stated that the seller never turned anything over to the carrier.

1. To have a valid tracking number with honest seller, they request electronically the number through China Post. Because seller must have an Account with China Post, they must go through their account to order those number. Then they fill the Customs declaration CN22 will all the info, then the parcel is available to be mail.

2. Most seller in China will give you the number without even mailing the parcel. If they do that it's because they are pressure by the site your order your article. To send as soon as possible the article. It's good for business (statistic).

3. So even if you have the tracking number most of the time China Post does not have physically the parcel. That is why when I answer here I'm telling people to wait for 10 Days. So the parcel will have time to be ship to China Post and China Post will have time to register the parcel into the tracking system.

Hope this help.
