1. The tracking number is a valid tracking number. Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for a parcel to be register into the China Post system.

2. If you have that tracking number for more then 10 days, then you should contact seller and tell him you can not track your parcel.

1. OK I will try that differently. I'm your seller and you order from me a pair of socks. So I take your order, make sure the payment pass after 24 hours.

2. Then I ask China Post electronically for a tracking number for your parcel. I fill in all the requirement for the Customs form. Then I wrap the parcel and is ready to be sent away to the Post Office.

3. Because it's an E Packet, I have to call China Post EMS to have somebody (Courier) pick up the parcel. They give me a date and time for the pick up and the courier bring the parcel to the China Post EMS.

4. Then at the China Post they start entering the info into the computer system, they don't have a few parcels to register but maybe hundred of them if not thousand.

5. When that is done they have to plan the next step which is Security and Customs.

6. So what I said in my earlier post is it can take up to 10 days when you receive the tracking number until it's register into the China Post system.

7. What about if I had 25 orders to fill at the same time, then the process take longer.

2. Either you contact seller and ask him for explanation or your open a dispute.

1. I never said the tracking number was not valid. I only said if you have that tracking number for more then 10 days then the parcel has never reach China Post EMS.

2. In clear, the tracking number is a real authentic number but the parcel was never put into the mail system.

3. Parcel was not mail.

4. You need to talk/contact seller and ask what is going on with your parcel or open a dispute to get your money back
