I also need help in tracking my package. The tracking number I was given is LT525840781CN. Please help!

Hi I ordered a package on December 10 and all it says is en route to Chicago whenever I check the status. Can you help me check if it's still en route to chicago or not? Tracking number is LT511508605CN

I also need help tracking LX233119533CN which was sent on the 8th December from guangzhou to uk ..17TRACK app says custom clearance on the 8th Dec but the tracking on the DHgate website says it's held by customs on 8th Dec . I contacted the seller and they said that it past through customs on the 8th Dec . Can someone help me track this ?

1. The tracking number is a valid tracking number. Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for a parcel to be register into the China Post system.

2. If you have that tracking number for more then 10 days, then you should contact seller and tell him you can not track your parcel.

1. Yes parcel still On Route/In transit to USA Chicago. Presently in Chicago there is a backlog of incoming parcel from overseas so mail there is extremely slow.

2 Parcel to USA can take between 15 to 35 days to be deliver and sometimes more.

1. Unfortunately part of the site that I track parcel on the EMS is not working, so I can not confirm that the parcel did pass the Customs.

2. Here is what I found:
2016-12-08 01:26:00 GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi 51032100 Posting
2016-12-08 03:27:00 GUANGZHOU Handed over to Customs
2016-12-08 03:28:00 GUANGZHOU Held by Customs

3. And also this tracking:

I ordered it on Dec 1 through Amazon and the tracking details says that on Dec 3, my package left the Seller's facility and is in transit to carrier. Since then, there is no other information. Could it still be on route to the US or is this a scam?

1. With all the info you have provided. You should ask Amazon for a refund because the parcel was never mail at China Post.

2. Impossible for you parcel to be On Route if it's not register into the tracking system of China Post.

1. This is the last 2 tracking of your parcel:
