your seller has not shipped parcel yet. Push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud shipment.

Thanks for the help! They sent it at the very last minute today. Turns out they were waiting on a restock. If I'd known the item wasn't in stock I wouldn't have bought it. I was refunded the shipping cost, however.

I ordered something from China 8/15/17 and the website said it shipped but when I put my tracking number on the website it says it is awaiting shipment info from the carrier it has been like that for 10 days can someone help me? And I emailed the seller and they said we have shipped your item. I checked a different website and it said china post has not received parcel number what's going on? Here is my tracking number LW714204970CN

LW714204970CN is fake number. Which website you placed the order?
