3. If your parcel was arriving and departing so many time it's because at the Guangzhou Airport lately there where doing closer Security checks on parcel.

4. You could contact seller about your parcel and tell him that it just got rejected. Provide him with the tracking above when you contact him. And you could wait and see if anymore tracking will come up for this parcel.

Is my parcel return to sender?

1. There is good chances that the parcel will be returning to seller, just contact seller and tell him what is going with your parcel and provide him with the full tracking so he can see from himself that the parcel was rejected.

2. You could also follow the parcel to see what will be the next move, I have seen parcel here that were rejected then it started to go again.

You parcel was returned back to the seller. Please file for dispute against the seller soonest possible. Your case is not a distinct one. Even though you have only t-shirts inside, if you're not lucky, then, the shipment will be returned back to the sender. So, in essence, it doesn't matter much on what's is inside.
