I am in the US, i shipped some fabrics to China Manufacturer. I have the International Tracking Numbers, I want to give Correct Address so there will be No More Delay.

Unfortunately you can't change address. But you can ask receiver to contact the China Post to pickup the parcel when making customs clearance. China Post hotline is 11185. Receiver can call that phone number for help.
