thanks for reply RI252234046CN it is at export security scan ok but its alreday 5th day... how many days it ill take and when ill get my order delivered

now is rush season, you might wait 4 to 6 weeks.

RI252234046CN its my tracking number can you help me... when i will receive my goods and how long it will take your post will be like this every time or for this season ???? for delivering one parcel you are taking more than a 2 months means its too long and mine is 20 days over already i dont know when ill get my goods can you give me the exact date of delivery

Dear China post mail,

I have ordered my Led bracelet in 18-September-2014. According to my seller the told me the LED bracelet have been sent to a wrong country. Therefore, they resend the package with the following track and trace code RK108570451CN.

According to your website the good arrived at the China post office on the 7-november-2014. See below:

As you can see the goods are stuck in shanghai for more than 1 month. I was wondering if I will receive my package anytime soon. I will leave the country on the 7th of Januari. Could you please check if there is anything wrong with my package?

Hi!
I've ordered just a small bag on Nov 21. Tracking shows "export customs scan" since Nov 30. Does it mean that the bag is customs scanning for 28 days (today is Dec 28)? Should I open dispute as track-chinapost.com suggests? I live in Armenia and our Post has no tracking system. Item ID is RI183849577CN. Please help to find the bag.
