i personally believe it is ok. However, it is up to the safety officer's judgement.

Hi,

My packet RL061558019CN has been stuck on Export customs Scan since 12-12-2014. It contains no batteries. Any idea if there is a problem and when it will arrive?

Greetings.

So, I am also another one, whose parcel is stuck at EXPORT CUSTOMS SCAN.
Parcel arrived -- Hangzhou -- at 2 / 12 / 2014 and now is stuck at Shanghai since 4 / 12 / 2014.
It passed from EXPORT SECURITY SCAN to EX CUSTOMS SCAN in a matter of hours, but since then, no change in the status.

Inside there are two sets of makeup, that I ordered for my mother and sister. Is it forbidden to send makeup?
Bought from Aliexpress, from a seller that has 3 Diamonds rating.
Here is the tracking number :

RJ306114083CN

It would be deeply appreciated, if someone can check on this and tell me if there is a possibility to receive it (I dont mind to wait another couple weeks to get it) or should I try to sort this out with disputes and refunds (which I really don't want to do, since I will have to wait another 1½ month, to get the other parcel)

Thank you in advance for your responses.

My item, as I already said, was makeup (in some kind of powder form). The thing is, while I was ordering from the a) seller, I ordered some other makeup powder from a b) seller. The powder from seller b) arrived about two weeks ago, so I guess it's not that it is forbidden (since it's not...gun powder and neither it is in liquid form).

If your protection is expiring, you should ask seller to extend the protection first, then keep waiting another 2 weeks. If your seller does not response, you have to open dispute and claim refund.
