RJ290997905CN Departure from outward office of exchange Dec-17-14, 08:08 AM, ZHEJIANG today is 31/12/2014 should I be concerned about it not moving for 14 days or is the normal thing that happens all I get from the supplier is it will still arrive, I understand that it might but time is getting close to opining a dispute.
Can you please tell me what is best to do.

now is rush season, status no changing for 2 to 4 weeks is normal, it does NOT necessarily mean the parcel is lost. If your protection deadline is coming, you can open dispute, otherwise just keep waiting.

Hi, all of my orders from aliexpress that wen to Shanghai:Export customs scan stuck in this status for more than 6 weeks, not just 1 ,all of them,i send you some of them, please tell what is wrong?

RI252234046CN its my tracking number can you help me... when i will receive my goods and how long it will take. your post will be like this every time or for this season ???? for delivering one parcel you are taking more than a 2 months means its too long. Already 40 days over. i dont know when ill get my goods can you give me the exact date of delivery
