My tracking number is stuck on status "departe from outware office of exchange" for 3 weeks now

Can somebody help?

Do i have to open a dispute now?

if no battery inside, no need worry too much. it is waiting airline space to Europe. wait one or two more weeks, it will arrive.

Hi, my item has been stucked at "departure from outward office of exchange" from China to Australia on the 27th of October. It has been about 3 weeks going to 4 weeks and I still haven't received my item yet.
When will I get it? I don't think it'll take that long because it's just shoes.
So, can you please check when will I get it ? Thanks

If no battery inside, it should be ok. export customs scan status might take 4 weeks.

Since 2014-10-15 the status of tracking number RD271173755CN has remained unchanged as 'Export Security Scan' at Urumuqi International. Can anyone please tell me what is wrong?

many parcel from Urumuqi were rejected for safety reason. You should open dispute and claim refund asap.

My parcel from shanghai has also taken such a long time, Heres my tracking number.
RH063834788CN all there is in the parcel is shoes, how long will it take for arrival. Ps stuck in export security scan.
