Urumuqi area has big problem, many parcels were rejected there. open dispute asap.

the statuses are departure from outward office of exchange in my countrys delivery information but in china track it shows export custum scan in hangzhou for weeks. anyone tell me when are they come?

now is rush season, stuck in ECS status within 2 to 4 weeks are quite common. if no battery inside, no need worry. it takes time to get new location and status.

I have 2 packages (RH012625114CN & RH012660513CN) are still at Export Customs Scan since 12 and 13 Nov 2014 respectively. It has been a month now and I still have not received my packages. Where are they now?
