DEAR CHINA POST VOLUNTEER ,

I AM SENDER OF THIS PACKET RE317874978GR ITS SMALL PACKET ABOUT 1.4KG AND GOING TO SHENZHEN FROM GREECE ,THE SYSTEM CAN SHOW ME THAT ARRIVED IN BEIJING AT 6 FEB 2014 BUT STILL NOW IS THERE, CAN YOU TELL ME WHY AND WHAT SOLUTION HAVE IF HAVE ANY PROBLEM? IF YOU CAN DO SOMETHING UNSTUCK FROM THE BEIJING I WOULD BE HAPPY. I AM WAITING YOUR ANSWER IN MY QUESTION,

If you think your parcel is returned to the shipper or it is lost, please contact me : [email protected]
I will reply with your shipment's latest update within 24 hours.
Email title should be : " Check my shipment status "
Email must have your tracking number or i will ignore it
China Post tracking number always end with "CN"
I can not obtain latest updates for any tracking number not ending with "CN"

Sorry, but the China Post Tracking App is for China Post Workers only.
It is not a normal app in App Store/Google Play, it is installed on our phones by our government !

Normally, It takes 3 - 5 days for your tracking number to get updates after shipping.
No updates for first 3 - 5 days is normal, do not worry.

Hello. I am asking for help.
I orderd a package about a month ago, but it has a null status on beijing airport since 8th of february.
Can you help me what is wrong or. what is happening with thepackage?
