if it is not pirate brand, then it should be ok. otherwise the parcel might be hold by customs and might be destroyed.

if pirate item was detected, the parcel might be destroyed without notice, not even updating the website. the status of parcel might be stuck in customs forever.

i have problem with two order. i think they never left the place of origin for a long time. Any help please:

If a package didn't deliver, will it automatically be returned or do I need to request this? Also, is there a regular telephone number for China Post that isn't toll free? My international calling card won't let me dial toll free numbers.
