Can you help me find my package please friend!? The seller said should have it by Dec 23 but I can't track the package! They said its a real tracking #? But I'm not sure if it's real or fake!? Help please thank you!!!

Can anybody help please? I ordered a pair of trainers for Xmas on the 22nd November and they still haven't arrived. I've emailed the site and all I get back is "we've sent your item" but when I ask for a tracking number they don't give me anything just the same reply above. I have paid by western union. J don't know what to do next. Help!! Thank you in advance

Hi no one seems to be helping me and I would greatly appreciate if someone would. I have received several tracking numbers and they're supposed to go through ems. But whenever I go to track them it says that their is no tracking information for the shipment or or overdue tracking. Please help! :(
