10/11 and my status pack is always freezed at the 23/10 . I checked the estimated time to arrive to italy (longest time 28 days) and it ends on 16/11. On this date i'll ask the refund opening the dispute, before the buyer protection ends!

Just 1 month and 2 days from the date of shipping and the pack hasn't arrived (RI655410372CN) . Please advice me! What can i do? The buyer protection ends in 20 days. It's very strange that it hasn't arrived yet at italy customs.

The estimated time to arrive to Estonia is on 17/11.
Its stuck in Beijing since 23/10.
Should I ask seller for refund?

The parcel left china on Oct 23. normally it should travel another 4 weeks to reach Estonia . If your buyer protection is not expiring, keep waiting, otherwise open dispute.

End of the story i've opened a dispute and the seller accepted the refund. My pack expired from the 23/10 from the guangzhou customs after passing two scanners (one negative and one positive)

Destination Washington State USA.

6/10/16【 Shenzhen (China)互换局】Export customs cleared

I paid $8 for shipping and they said it wouldnt take more than 15 days but if it was already exported then what is wrong?

The package tracking number is
RS105977997CN.

If I could get ANY information on this package it would be great!

1. Your parcel is what we call Registered Post from China Post it is not the fastest way to send a parcel to US.

2. What you might did pay but did not get is what is called E Packet from China to US. Those type of parcel are faster and could be delivered in 6 to 12 working days.
