Post Tracking order RB646018344CN

Hi,
please, i lost my phone line which i use in my shipping contact and hoping to retrieve it by Monday since my order is still in China. I was surprise when i track my order 12/12/13, its displayed location as NGLOSA which i dn't really understand only to check it few minutes ago (yesterday by 11:45pm) show that my order has arrived Nigeria showing unsuccessful delivery.
Please, is there any remedy to get my order? I will like to know the particular location in Nigeria where my order is because the goods never arrived at my place.
Here is my active line 2347064223436 and the tracking number is RB646018344CN.
I will be grateful if anyone can help me out.

i have no idea how my parcel got shipped but i'm already waiting for it since 5.october
this is my tracking number: N67617303669526
i hope you can tell me where it is.. cause the shop where i ordered it won't answer my mails anymore

I see so many people wating for 1.5 - 2 months for their package from China post, but never update their status anymore. Have they all got the packages by now ? or do they actually give up waiting ?

Hi,
My Pakage with track number CP277664639CN was sended 20.11.2013 from Shanghai China Post no 200040.
23.11.2013 it arrive to Beijing and from this date untill today 16.12.2013 is still there.

I tryed to call hotline for calles but its busy all the time.Customer Service Hotline: 11183.

Please can you help me to ler packege go to my country, maby i can email someone about this ?

I bought an item on ebay on November 19, 2013 and I was given this tracking number RB120861846CN. I checked on the China Post web site and I saw that it is still in Beijing, why does it takes so long to leave China?
