^^^ this is the only time where I have contacted the seller and they have not replied and according to Amazon's policies they're supposed to reply in some way shape or form within 2 business days. I've been emailing the seller, Foreverlan, for the last 2 weeks. Between no contact or reply from the seller, who wasted no time
receiving my money once I clicked place order, they received $54.00 in funds from me. Meanwhile, I am concerned and somewhat suspicious, given I don't have the item I paid for. I don't have any replies from the seller, whom I entered into this financial transaction with, and as far as my China Post tracking number I have entered that number into several tracking systems and it "cannot be located", "could not be found", " sorry no results could be found for your query" etcetera. I need someone's help please. It would be greatly appreciated.

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Unfortunately China Post EMS never receive your parcel. In other word your parcel was never mail.

2. You should open a dispute against the seller.
