There are many possible reasons of undeliverable parcel
the English address can not be translated to Original Chinese Address properly.
the building has security system which does not allow postman enter.
The area or building is not covered by China Post delivery service.
The receiver is unavailable
The receiver reject the parcel.

😐 πŸ˜• Hello can you help i have ordered a parcel in Shanghai China send here in canada , they gave me tracking number RH095475976CN I v tried contacting china post but i am not to good with Chineese not Mandorin can you help how would i know the kilo weight of the parcel !!and also can a verry huge big box be sent by land (airlines)

china post does not record weight in database, you can not get those info.

yOU MAY GET IT AFTERWARDS BECAUSE THE PACKAGE HAVENT EVEN BEEN SENT TO THE AIRLINES YET
