Post Upcoming big events which might delay parcel shipment.

We'd like to reminder China Post users that some big events such as international meetings, Olympic Games and politic meetings might seriously delay parcel shipment in the specific event hosting area.

The upcoming big events are:

CICA in Shanghai During May 21-22. It might affect parcels transit through Shanghai.

Youth Olymic Games in Nanjing during Aug 16-28. It might affect parcels in Nanjing and Shanghai.

We will keep updating important events in China so that China Post user can avoid or get ready to potential shipment delay.

If anyone who knows other important events in China, you are welcome to post the information in this thread in order to help other people.

hi my package has been stuck in beiijin in exports customs scan from 4 june 2014 what could have caused the delay?And when could it be shipped to lebanon?

My parcel is in bejing since 30th june 2014. Its number is rc826847617cn . Pls update when it will be delivered in india?

parcel to India is not easy to predict arrival time. from 2 weeks to 8 weeks all possible. it depends on India Customs.

I'm from Lebanon too and I have about 15 orders that are being shipped through China Air Mail Post and some of them stuck in Beijing and some in Shenzhen since 16 June. All people that ordered products in late June are facing this delay too and no one seems to know the problem. So my advice to you is always pick HongKong Post or Singapore post. I recieved one order in 7 days via HongKong Post and another order got it in 17 days via Singapore post. I also heard that Sweden post delivers fast too in less than a month but I don't know exactly how many days it takes.

I just want to report my parcel from 25.06. in ECS in Beijing arrived today . status show still ECS. And Yes Hong Kong Post is faster.
