Post Pick up or delivery?

AM370850625CN is my tracking number. USPS is awaiting the package for final delivery to me. USPS has created the label, but the package has not been tendered to them.
Current tracking shows "pick up" status. I don't know why it wasn't handed to USPS for delivery, and I have no idea where to pick this up.
Please help.
*Status is "Pick Up", last scan is "Dispatching Washington, Outbound Delivery". This is confusing*

AM370850625CN was out for delivery on April 20, but it has never been delivered. this might another scam.

Many users have report following scam like this:
The seller shipped some junk to a wrong address in buyer's area. He just needs a "delivery" status to claim payment from credit card bank or paypal.

We suggest you wait one or two more days and see what will happen. If you can't get your goods by Tuesday, you need to call your bank and file charge back.

My package now says "Delivered". It absolutely was NOT!
