Post Where is my parcel?

I placed an order 6 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. China post tracking says that it arrived in the UK on 02/04/2024. It’s now 21/04/2024. The tracking number is EB810694445CN. I have emailed the customer enquiry help email address and had no reply. Could I have an update on where my parcel is please and an estimated arrival?

https://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB810694445CN shows the parcel was delivered on April 2nd in Liverpool Depot. Please contact Parcel Force for more delivery detail.

I contacted parcel force and they said “the address details you provided, do not match what we have on our system. We advise you contact the seller.” I’ve tried to contact the seller and they will not reply. The shipping address which I gave is correct on the receipt from my order as I have checked. So I have no idea what address it has gone to. Could you please tell me what address it was sent to? Thank you

We believe you are very likely to be scammed. The seller shipped some junk to another address.

You need to open dispute to Paypal or call your bank to report fraud and claim refund.
