Post Delivery Stuck at Chinese outward office of exchange?

A parcel with tracking number LV980615420CN was shipped out to me on the 3rd of April. I received no shipment updates since the package left the outward office of exchange in Guangzhou.
The expected delivery date was slowly pushed backwards and disappeared yesterday (e.g. no expected delivery date is shown). Is no updates for this amount of time usual or did the parcel get lost somehow?

LV980615420CN just arrived in Sweden today. It is waiting for import customs clearance.
