CP270368835CN is surface parcel which might take about 2 to 4 months to reach your country.

^^Same status with mine too, sent on the same date as yours from Bombay to Cochin customs. This period from Nov 1 to Nov 15 is crucial as the gov. officials will be enjoying their Diwali vacations, so don't expect anything to be shipped to you during this time. Check for any status update on India Post site around Nov 20th.

CN14144811545548 is not china post tracking number. it should be private reference number of some shipping agent and it is not acceptable to paypal and aliexpress. you can wait 3 to 4 weeks, it not arrive you can open dispute. paypal/aliexpress will give you refund.
