Hi, my parcel RI138720778CN has been in export customs scan for 10 days already. I want to know if it could have been rejected, if I'll need to make a claim already or I need to wait more.

waiting in customs for 2 or 3 weeks is quite common, it should not be rejected. no need worry too much,no need claim at this moment.

Hello china post admin can you tell me why haven't my package moved for some days it's been in the same location with this statut " Departure from outward office of exchange" this is really frustrating #RI011822081CN and RI138423576CN please give me a quick update thank you. Cheers.

http://track-chinapost.com shows both parcel in export customs. normally this status will keep for about 2 to 3 weeks, so you no need worry too much.

Most of my parcels are have not changed from the status of "export customs customs scan" from 17 days. The in-destination country tracking site says that the items have been sent abroad and that EDI is received but its been the same since many days now. I did not order anything with battery in them so could you please tell me why it is taking so long for the parcels to reach India?

I ordered some stuff around a month ago from aliexpress. Almost all the items have no change in their tracking status. Its been Departure from outward office of exchange since almost the last 20 days. I did not order anything with batteries in them. The in destination country tracking says that the item has been sent abroad by air.

could you tell if the parcel is in India and if not how long would it take for it to reach here.

^^Of the five orders i've made on ebay some 45 days back, only the one with tracking number has reached me here in IN, that too after 30 days. The rest might be on the way so you will have to wait a lot longer, like >2 months. Airline shortage, customs/postal fatigue or whatever, we're left in the lurch doing the wait game.

My order is has not changed from status of "RJ182191681CN In Customs-Control warehouse Hangzhou Turkey 20140913 1310" from 16 days.The seller says " don't worry , China Post Air Mail always doesn't update the status , maybe on the way to your country." What is the problem?
