If you want to know about your parcel email China post officials or call them or maybe you can contact your seller instead of insulting a person who is trying to help you.

chinapost volunteer is a administrator of the forum .chinapost volunteer is replying all the query. That means He/she is a china Post official. If chinapost volunteer is not a china post official then they should not reply on behalf of china post.

And its not seller responsibility to deliver the order, seller is only responsible for giving the parcel and the address (as written by the buyer) to the china post. And its china post responsibility to deliver the order on right time.

And we are not here for insulting someone, we are here to know when our order is delivers.

china post always blame Indian customs. If it really stuck in Indian customs than china post must update tracking status like "STUCK IS CUSTOMS" or any other so that we really know. If china post cannot delivers the order at right time than they must update tracking status at right time. Most of the tracking status is not updates from 2 august.

And i am not against china post or volunteer but they should also realize that Patience has its limits.

@ayush you just need a patience you are overreacting, && parcels are updating.. yeah there is a delay but it would be there ! they pretty surely say it ll deliver by 15 to 60 days ! so arlst wait 60 days with patience ! if you cant so dnt go for free shipment go for DHL or some good paid shipment !

&& if he ( chinapostvolunteer ) is officials of china post or not it is non of your business or mine ! all thing is that he is just here to help so if he is trying to help take it && say thank you !

&& i am telling you as he said before we just need patience & wait to come our parcel ! && in real as he said it ll come sooner or latter !

nopes they told me that it will be delivered in 15-39 days. I am not saying that delayed shouldn't be happen. There are many reasons for delay. But they tell different reasons every time (please refer older posts and comments before replying me). Sometime they say that our parcel is in airspace or sometime they that our parcel stuck in Indian customs.

I can go for DHL or good paid shipping but there are also free good post service which is like DHL and better than china post like singPost and HKpost. I can wait for 40 days as per their estimated delivery time limit and as well as beyond 40 days (Now upto 60days as you said) but they should give exact reason for the delay. Do not disguise the customer with different reply. A person is going to kolkata from hydrabad and in kolkata he/she found that their order isn't arrived in India. There many more like me who is facing delay problem like me. And if you think i am overreacting then you must know @lazzyeviil that Patience has its limits

yaa ,its my bushiness coz i paid $2.09 for shipping . We are here for our queries and its there responsibility to reply. I am not saying that they are not helping. And as i said in older post iam not against china post. china post is working hard to delivers our order but they should reply genuinely.

Lebanese customs held all the lebanese items for two months and they refused to say anything further and even when we asked if our item arrived to Lebanon they didn't tell us if they have the items.. so sometimes customs are the party responsible for delaying recieving parcels.
And this forum is to help people understand how China post works. If you want to know information about ur parcels, u should contact the china post officials. I believe their website is chinatravelguide.com.
International posts are not that reliable especially the ones for free or with low fees and it is the seller's responsibility to contact the post when delays occur or when a parcel is lost. Many parcels get lost and most sellers are too lazy to communicate the post to open investigation about these things that keep on happening all the time.
