Hi, it is about this order which i pay on 19.11.2013 Today is 12.02.2014 more than 80 days later and my parcel still missing!!!!! On this webside , i can see that the parcel with this number RB658080746CN is dispatched 5 times in period from 24.11.2013 till 04.01.2014. What i have to do to receive my parcell?

RB658080746CN should have been lost, you'd better open a dispute asap.

PLease help me. This package sent january 9 2014
And january 20 released from custom of GUANZHOU china. Thats the last updated and until now its not move anymore.its almost a month now. I CONTACT the seller everytime but they told me only to wait. Until ems courier reply.i want to get back my money but how? I paid by moneygram and not paypal.
I want to know the truth from ems shipping china. Please help me :(

that is too bad for you. Now it all depends on the seller's honesty, you can not get money back if seller refuse to do so.Next time remember to use paypal or aliexpress to place order which will refund you money if the parcel does not reach you.

RC231220293CN has problem to pass security check, it should be returned to shipper. you'd better open a dispute and claim money back.
