Can anyone please help me!? my shipment is stuck in kolkata since 1 month now tracking number is RM617720263CN

Much appreciated. if not could i please get a contact number to call and have this cleared!?

The same thing is happening to me. Really dont know why this happened. Never happened before to me.

My order no. RH226436751CN has been shipped from China AT 24 JULY 2015. now i am trying to track my parcel but status is still shows- Send item abroad (EDI-received)KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE, please help me. Thanks

the parcel has not arrived india yet. you need wait at least another 2 weeks.
