GUYS HELP ! "Send item abroad" since ove a month ! My name is Devraj Varma, I am from Kolkata. I wanted to know why is my parcels hung in place for this long. Tracking numbers follows as:- RG182361757CN, RM621068945CN, RI487897219CN, BDDU1378051000072957, RI449584793CN, RF030836636CN

I have no idea whats going on. I emailed China post but no reply from their end. Or maybe I sent in wrong email or something. Any suggestions guys ?

shipping to india might take up to 10 weeks. Status will freeze after the parcel left china. if you buyer protection is expiring, open dispute. otherwise keep waiting.

Hi My three parcel has been stuck up on kolkata costumes since long, here are the tracking id of the product : RJ548776741CN - status pending since 29th June, RJ563158689CN & RJ572751541CN - pending status since 7th July, would request you to kindly update on the same, as items are required for my travel scheduled on 9th Aug.

your parcels status are all ok. no need panic.
