Unfortunately, there isn't really anything you can do to speed up a package once it's already sent. Next time you might consider using a faster service, like EMS, or a courier company like DHL, FedEx, etc.

Hi my parcel is sent from Beijing on 19th Aug 2015 yet not reached kolkatta.
Tracking id is RG207454868CN and supplier is also not responding.

Hi my parcel is stuck at kolkatta custom from 06th oct 2015 .
Tracking id is RG207454868CN.Below is the detail. Please let me know whome should I contact there for my parcel.

It seems you are too impatient. NOrmal delivery from china to india take minimum of 30 days and maximum of 60 days. From the status it seems it has been forwarded to Jaipur Customs for clearance and till now your parcel is in transit for not more than 20 days. So have patience

MY Article Bagged to CED JAIPUR from Kolkata (ex Calcutta) Exchange Office......I think 'CED Jaipur' means Customs & Excise Department Jaipur. Am are Right ?.... How many Days take CED Jaipur to clear small package.
