Hello, I ordered this in the first week of December 2017 and the status has been stuck on "Arrived to airline" since Dec 8. Is this normal? I am having it shipped to Canada.

Tracking number is RC725012012CN

RC725012012CN should have arrived Canada customs and is waiting for Canada Post import processing. Since RC725012012CN is china post register mail. Canada Post gives very very low priority to process such parcel. As per GlobeMail and CBC news, Many register mail from China will stay in Richmond BC for 30 to 60 days without doing anything. You probably need wait some more time.

Next time, please use China Post ePacket to ship goods from China to Canada. ePacket normally will reach Canadian receiver in 2 to 3 weeks and can be tracked in Canada Post website.
