you must be scammed. Many users have reported similar cases as yours. their game is as following:

The cheater shipped some junk to another address. Then he can use the "delivery" tracking result to claim payment from your bank.

You need to call your bank and claim refund.

Unfortunately you can't know the delivery detail for such A***CN parcel. That is why cheaters often use such parcel number to do scam.

You need to call your bank to report fraud immediately. The cheat shipped some junk to a random address from a map. Who's receiver doesn't matter.
