I have no received my package AS821275393CN. It's says it's been delivered even though it hasn't. If it's not found soon, I would like a refund.

this is a scam which has been reported by many other users.

The seller shipped some junk to another address. He needs a "delivery" status in order to claim payment from your credit card bank.

You need to call your bank or open dispute to paypal and claim refund asap.
