I bought something off of Aliexpress and the seller sent the wrong item to me, I opened a dispute and they said they would resend it and asked me to close the dispute but they gave me this tracking number 2400072050275 that did not look like an ePacket tracking number. I paid for the ePacket shipping and I was wondering if this tracking number is real or is it a fraud. I already told the seller I won't be closing the dispute until I get the item or I get a refund.

These kinds of tracking number (13 digits) are China Post Ordinary Airmail. They're slower than ePacket and have no tracking outside of China. The number might be real -- if so, you can track it here -- http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php -- but your seller hasn't sent anything yet.
