Hey there!

My package has been stuck in chicago ISC since September 10th.

I called USPS, they said call customs, I call customs, they said call USPS. None of them can tell me where my packages are and I'm just left hanging.

I have customers waiting on these packages, so I'm really just trying to figure what the heck is going on.

Anyone have any idea on what I can do?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel has never arrived China. I believe the parcel is lost before it arrives China.

So you think it never left china and hasn't entered in to the USA?

it left China but never released from US customs , not returned to china either. It should be lost in US customs.
