Post No tracking information in Australia!!

I ordered an item over 4 weeks ago (LX103026804CN) supposed to be 2-4 weeks delivery. Still not here and tracking says “no tracking information in Australia”!! That’s just great service!! So where is my package that I have PAID FOR??!!

LX103026804CN was rejected by China customs. Not sure the reason, you should open dispute to seller for refund asap.

So what happens to “rejected items”? Is the seller informed? Do customs just keep the product??

No, rejected items get sent back to the sender
