Not sure what happened. 18 Days and still not in the US. I filed a tracking claim online today.

1. The last tracking that I could find on the Royal Mail United Kingdom site is this:
17/12/16 AM ON ITS WAY TO KENNEDY NEW YORK UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

2. So basically your parcel is going to ISC NEW YORK NY (USPS).

3. Now what needs to happen is USPS scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.

Does it usually take this long? I ordered from same company last time and it scanned in NY in a couple days. Now its been 19 days. Can I call someone ? Could it be held in customs?

1. During the Holiday Season, possibly yes it take that long.

2. When was you last time you order the month, was there any National Holiday!!!! It's not because you receive a parcel in 10 days that the next parcel will also be 10 days.

3. You can call your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

4. Before a parcel gets held by Customs it needs to be scan by USPS. So far your parcel was not yet scan by USPS.

5. Also please take note that in mid Dec, 2 European Country advise their client that there was a slow down in JFK because their was to many parcels coming in from Overseas.

Hello,

Here is my tracking number: LK117818278CN
I have tried contacting the USPS and they have said since it has not entered the US they cannot help me. I have ordered items from this seller before and they have arrived in a week. I do not know what to do currently because it has been over a month since an update.

I too have been waiting since Nov. 30, 2016 for any kind of updated tracking info for my order!! Only info shows it is preparing departure from Quangdong and that was on Nov 30, 2016....it is now Jan 09, 2017!!

This is my tracking number...LT474195490CN. Please locate my package ASAP and get it delivered!!

2. May I suggest you contact your seller and ask him where is your parcel. He might be able to call China Post EMS and find out more information about your parcel.
