2. According to the above tracking your parcel is On Route to USA. Unfortunately in Shanghai there was a back log of parcel departing China. So maybe your parcel departed late from China to USA.

3. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. Ask him to call China Post EMS for your parcel.

4. If by 17 Nov you have not seen any movement of your parcel on the USPS site, then just open a dispute to get your money back.

1. To many parcel trying to depart at the same time, so it's creating traffic just like when you drive a car and the road are jam with cars. A lot and I mean a lot of parcels (thousands) are trying to get out of China because nothing was moving during the holiday of 1 week.
