1. Your parcel is going to USA JFK Airport, I would not be surprise to find out that the parcel is in USA but not yet scan by USPS or if they did they did not update the tracking of the parcel. So technically the parcel does not appear in USA.

2. Also do remember that when the parcel was ready to be exported to USA from UK, it was the Holiday Seasons, so the mail bag may have been delayed to USA.

3. What your parents needs to do is call China Post Hot Line local number: 11185 and ask where is the parcel. Unfortunately they need to speak Mandarin.
