Hi, please help! I mailed a package to China through USPS on Sept 26 and the USPS tracking shows that it left the U.S. but the recipient in China says they have not received it yet. Tracking number is UA100115292US.

1. No tracking is available in China for your parcel. Sometimes it can take 40 days for a parcel from USA to be deliver in China. Your parcel has more then 40 days as of today.

2. May I suggest your read this:

I shipped a parcel from USA to China, how can I know the delivery status?

Sorry I could not help you more.

To Whom It May Concern:

I sent a package from San Diego, USA to Chengdu, China with USPS with a tracking number of CH002837321US in mid-October. Right now the USPS website says the following:

"November 3, 2016 , 12:27 pm, Attempted Delivery Abroad, CHINA

We attempted to deliver your item in CHINA at 12:27 pm on November 3, 2016."

Since then there has not been any update. Is it possible to provide more information? My friend has not yet received the package and he needs in by next week. Can he call the China Post in Chengdu, provide the number, and then have them deliver it?

Thank you for your prompt assistance.

1. I don't know if your friend speak Mandarin, but he need to call China Post Hot Line or go to any China Post Office and ask exactly where is the parcel. If he knows where the parcel is then he should go and pick it up:
Origin Country - China: 86 20 11185

2. Here are last tracking I could find of the parcel:
2016-11-03 12:27:12.0 成速西华门揽投 attempt delivery

And this one:
2016-11-03 12:27
Cheng Suxi China door Range Rover cast, throw

And this one:
2016-11-03 12:27
"Speed the xihua gate Range Rover voted" throw,

Hope this help.

I mailed a pair of glasses to China on Sep 27, and it has not been received. All I can see online through the tracking number UA335338769US is that it was in Los Angles on Sep 28 and that it’s still in transit. My recipient has contacted China Post repeatedly and China Post said the number is not in their system and suspected that the package is still in the United Staes.

So on Oct 27, I called USPS and filed an inquiry, and they said that it would take 35 days to give me reply. Now it’s been 20 days, I called USPS again to check if there’s any progress on this investigation. To my surprise, they told me that there could not have been any investigation because it is a first class mail and China won't scan it.

Can anyone explain what is going on? What should I do except just wait?
